Delivery & Pick Up
Payment Options: When shopping online at markethubgy.com, customers can pay with their credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Customers also have the option to pay via MMG and upon delivery, via our portable payments machines utilizing their debit card. Credit card, debit card, MMG and bank transactions will be subject to the standard transactional bank fees and/or charges (paid by the customer).Please confirm what method of payment is available at the time of order confirmation
Delivery Costs & Timelines: All orders are delivered via our couriers or our shopping partners. There is a cost attached to the delivery depending on your location. You may get a discount or even free delivery if you shop over a certain amount. We encourage you to find out what that amount is for that week or months so you can avoid paying the delivery fee.
Delivery cost to customers varies as well depending on the timelines. Rush or urgent or same day deliveries incurred higher cost. The average delivery schedule is 3-5 days. When an order is placed, the customers will get an order notification and confirmation call from our customer care center. Once confirmed, the product(s) are packed and ready for pickup by our Shopping Partners or the delivery driver as soon as possible. They will then call the customers to arrange the drop off and uplift payments if required. Our mission is to deliver your product(s) to you in the shortest time possible.
Customer Responsibility: Kindly note your delivery option chosen at the Checkout page.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct – It is preferred for you to list an address where we can deliver to you between Mon – Saturday during standard working hours (8am-5pm). Late hour delivery can cost you more,
- Delivery can be done at your work address also though we prefer to do it at your home address.
- Please meet the driver at the building front door or front gate at your location.
- We would make two attempts to deliver products to you. After the 2nd unsuccessful attempt, the order will be cancelled and your account will be flagged for future purchases.
- Please note that some products cannot be expedited and will only be deliver within a normal delivery time range .Our Staff will confirm with you the items that can or cannot be expedited.

International & Local VISA Debit Cards: Most international debit cards are accepted via our electronic payment processor. Some local banks may have restrictions on their VISA and MasterCard debit cards, but to date we have had customers who have successfully use their local banks credit and debit cards to make payments. Please note however that there are days when these options may not be available and we are stuck to using MMG and Payment on delivery.
Customer Online Banking Transfers: Customers can pay by online transfer, our staff will be happy to assist with the transfer. Some conditions apply including ensuring that Bank transfer must be completed before the order is delivered. We would require proof of payment.
Delivery Delays: the following are some reasons for a delay in delivery:
- Order changes after the original order is placed.
- Online banking transfer was not made the same day as placing the order.
- Incorrect delivery address provided or a change to the delivery address
- Delivery team unable to get in touch with the customer
- Delivery team unable to get in touch with the customer or the customer not at the delivery address when delivery is made.
Pick Up Option: After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our office, where the vendor can pick up themselves. Upon ordering, customers can also choose to do a pick up instead of a delivery at one of our depot.
Drivers Policy: At Market Hub, we value our drivers and delivery members as essential and important part of our team. Not only do they play a vital role in ensuring our deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner but also maintain the highest standards of service to the satisfaction of our customers. We work very hard to ensure that our drivers follow our recommended guidelines while at the same time promoting a very friendly and sincere atmosphere.
Our Drivers and delivery team must have a clean driving record, with a valid driver’s license. We conduct background check, ensuring they are of good character and no criminal record. They are trained to display good interpersonal skills so as to provide excellent customer service to the people we serve. They should maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with our customers and their families.
We place great emphasis on punctuality, while still ensuring the safe and secure transportation of our customer’s groceries. While we have rules in place for drivers and the delivery team to adhere to the traffic rules and regulations, we still have provision in place in case of an accident to ensure that the customer delivery is least affected. Communication is very important with delivery, so we have a dispatch team that is in constant contact with our delivery team to ensure there are little or no delays. In case of delays, issues or concern, they must be reported promptly so that they can be fixed immediately. Our drivers and the delivery team is our face of the company, as such we believe in promoting them as the greatest asset in fostering a positive and supportive environment for our customers.
